The café mirrors the essence of a traditional Welsh kitchen, creating a space where you can unwind and savor each bite of delicious food. Whether you're looking to grab a quick lunch or indulge in a leisurely afternoon tea, Cegin Myrddin is the place to be.

Cegin Myrddin prides itself on a menu that celebrates homemade goodness at affordable prices. The reviews from satisfied customers speak volumes about the café's offerings. For just £5, you can enjoy their famous goat cheese and caramelized onion tart, served alongside a generous bowl of fresh salad. A recent patron, Ash Babla, raved about the “fantastic food, service, and value,” emphasizing not just the deliciousness but also the friendly demeanor of the staff.

Other standout dishes include the homemade quiche and scrumptious sausage rolls that one visitor, Lesley ONeill, couldn't get enough of during her holiday in Saundersfoot. After tasting these delightful treats, she even returned on another day to stock up! The delightful Yorkshire wrap during the festive season also garnered praise, proving that Cegin Myrddin offers great experiences all year round.

Bakery enthusiasts will rejoice at the mention of their freshly baked goods. Daniel Hancox, a visitor from Yorkshire, declared their bakewell tart as “the best” he’d ever tasted, and the café reportedly serves everything made with care and dedication. From cheesy potato pies, which Rhiannon James called “absolutely delicious,” to the crowd-favorite sausage rolls that Sian Munday touted as “the best,” each dish is crafted with love and high-quality ingredients.

Stopped by here late this afternoon and I’m so glad I did. Had the most delicious goats cheese and caramelised onion tart with a huge bowl of salads for £5. The girl who served me was super friendly and helpful (especially as it was almost closing time!). Fantastic food, service and value.

The home made quiche and sausage rolls are the best ever, came accross this gem when holidaying in Saundersfoot, popped to Camarthen for the day, bought both items, loved them that much returned on the Sunday and bought another 3 quiches to take home to Wrexham. 5 wonderful stars for these tasty delicious goodies.

First time visit today and just wow ! I had been recommended the cheese and potato pie with beans. Boy did it not disappoint! Absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. Can't wait to try all the other options plus the range of cakes. There is a seating area for dine in but I chose a takeaway.
